Seyval Blanc (say-vahl Blahnk)

Dry, clean, crisp light-bodied white wine with fresh citrus flavors and aromas and subtle buttery and oak notes. The Seyval Blanc vine is a French American hybrid that ripens early and is well suited for fairly cool climates.  Seyval Blanc is often served with pork, Asian cuisines, poultry or pasta with cream and butter-based sauces.

Chardonel

Dry, full-bodied white wine with melon and citrus flavors and aromas.  Our Chardonel is aged in handcrafted white oak barrels from Missouri. The Chardonel vine originates from a cross of the popular French American hybrid Seyval and the classic vitis vinifera Chardonnay. It is distinguished by its superior wine quality combined with high productivity and cold hardiness.  Chardonel is often served with heavier seafood dishes, pasta, red sauces and semi-hard cheese.

LaCrosse Reserve

Dry, medium-bodied white wine with citrus and tropical fruit flavors and aromas.  Our Lacrosse Reserve is aged in handcrafted white oak barrels from Missouri. The Lacrosse vine is a modern hybrid that ripens early, is well suited for northern climates and produces grapes suitable for making fruity white wines.  Lacrosse Reserve is often served poultry dishes, pork, shellfish, and pasta with cream and butter-based sauces, but best compliments white meats due to its dry characteristics.

Vignoles (veen-yole)

Semi-sweet, clean, medium-bodied white wine with a luscious floral aroma and fruity flavors of pineapple, grapefruit and apricot. The Vignoles vine is a complex hybrid that ripens late and produces grapes with fruity flavors and a complex bouquet.  Our Vignoles offers a pleasant compromise for both dry and sweet wine lovers because a it starts off sweet but transitions to a tart finish.  Vignoles is often served with white meats, mild cheese, fruit and salads.

Norton

Also called Cynthiana, Norton is a rich, full-bodied, dry red wine with spicy overtones. Flavors include chocolate, juniper berry and cedar. Our Norton is aged in handcrafted white oak barrels from Missouri.  The Norton vine is indigenous to North America.  Norton grapes are known for their deep blue-purple pigmentation, the skin of Norton grapes has a higher content of anthocyanin antioxidants than other purple grape cultivars, and Norton wine possesses up to twice as much of the beneficial chemical (reservatrol) than other red wines.  Norton is often served with red meats, tomato based sauces, sharp or mild cheese and chocolate.

Chambourcin (sham-bor-san)

Dry medium-bodied red wine with a fruity aroma and cherry and earthy/spicy complexities. Our Chambourcin is aged in handcrafted white oak barrels from Missouri.   Chambourcin is a French-American interspecific hybrid grape variety that produces a deep-colored wine with a full aromatic flavor. Chambourcin is often served with red meats, tomato based sauces, mild cheese and dark chocolate (or desserts made from the chocolate), as the flavors of the wine and chocolate intermingle exceptionally well.

Maréchal Foch

Dry, medium-bodied red wine with subtle fruit flavors including dark cherry and a hint of chocolate.   Our Maréchal Foch is aged in handcrafted white oak barrels from Missouri. Maréchal Foch is an inter-specific hybrid grape variety that ripens early producing wines with strong acidity, aromas of black fruits and, in some cases, toasted wheat, mocha, fresh coffee, bitter chocolate, vanilla bean, and musk.  Maréchal Foch is often served with red meats, tomato based sauces, mild cheese and chocolate.

Red Tie Affair

Sweet, medium-bodied red wine that is a proprietary blend of our Maréchal Foch and Norton wines.  Flavors include dark cherry with hints of chocolate, juniper berry and cedar. Maréchal Foch is an inter-specific hybrid grape variety that ripens early and is used to make a variety of styles of wine.  Since our Maréchal Foch wine is blended with our Norton wine, you get the benefit of balanced wine that is higher in antioxidants and the beneficial chemical (reservatrol). Red Tie Affair is often served with barbecued meats, tomato based sauces, mild and soft cheese and chocolate.

Foch Rosé
